For Mark I will use both the Show and the Comics and Crossovers as well as the Creators have stated those to be Canon of course were not including Invincible Guardian of The Globe the Mobile RPG

Born from Nolan Grayson and Debbie Grayson Mark Sebastian Grayson was a Human-Viltrumite Hybrid being a Viltrumite meant he was destined to have Superpowers like his Dad who was a Superhero called Omni-Man. Growing up he never showed any signs of his Viltrumite DNA only shortly after turning 17 looking up to his Father he decided to become a Superhero. However begging his Hero Journey was no simple task as he struggled with Death and Loss of Life not even having a Hero Name after some tutoring from his Dad he started to feel the Rythm of being a Hero. Soon he was known as Invincible soon the world knew Invincible for protecting the world from numerous threats. However Omni-Man didn't mention anything about his Heritage for a reason as one whilst helping his Dad with a Giant Monster a deceased Hero called the Immortal charged out of nowhere and accusing Omni-Man of being a murderer and after witnessing his father murdering the so called Immortal he would reveal his real colors. Turns out Omni-Man was sent by the Viltrumite Empire to conquer Earth for their Rule and due to his Viltrumite Herritage he would also participate in this Plan. However due to being raised a Human he refuesed which led to him arguing and fighting his father which led to them THINKING about their descision which makes Omni-Man starting to regret his decision which would make him fly into a distant Galaxy leaving Mark bloody and battered to recover.

After this devastating event both Mark and Debbie would be left broken with Mark constatly trying to prove that he is not like his Dad. Nothing is heard from Omni-Man until one day a Thraxan finds Mark and tells him to come with him to their Home World Mark agrees to help and they go to their Homeworld only to find out that Omni-Man was the leader of the Planet after a messy reconciling Nolan reveals that he had a Child with a Thraxan female giving Mark an responsibility called A LITTLE SIBLING after the Planet was unexpectedly was attacked by Viltrumites both Omni-Man and Invincible had to fight of the Viltrumites only to fail as Mark was left heavily injured whilst Nolan in the Meanwhile was taken by the Viltrumites and was said to be Executed for his abadoning of the mission Nolan would give Mark only one advise "My Books. Read my Books Mark." after returning the Earth Mark finds out that the stories in the books are actual adventures he went on and lived through also giving him ways to defeat Viltrumites who plan to conquer the Planet. One day he would be sent by Cecil to stop the Mauler Twins from helping a strange scientist named Angstrom Levy after their fight ended in a huge explosion destroying the entire area they were in after this accident Angstrom would hold Debbie and Oliver hostage and tell him to come Home only to Plan to kill him however Angstrom would fail and leave Mark in a desolate place only to be saved by future versions of his Friends.

After Angstroms assumed Death Mark started continuing his Hero work alongside his new Girlfriend Atom Eve. After being send to stop Maulers once more despite his approval Oliver would tag along only for him to end up killing the Maulers which enrages Mark after going home Mark thought Oliver about the precisousness of Human Life and why he can't go off killing people during this he noticed a Camera spying on them which belonged to the pressumed dead Angstrom who planned to launch a mass attack on Eath with Alternative evil versions of Invincible which would follow up with Conquest arriving to conquer the Planet (the irony).

After Recoving from Conquest and Omni-mans escape from the Viltrumite Prison along with Allen the Alien they all decide to go to war against the Viltrumite Empire alongside the Colation of Planets. Where they would face the leader of the Viltrumite Thragg. After fighting they realise that the best way to end the fight is by destroying the Home Planet of the Viltrumites which Mark and Nolan acomplish alonside the Leader of the Coalition Thadeus. After the Destruction Thragg became furious and charged for Mark,Nolan and Thadeus ripping Thadeus Head off and leaving Mark and Nolan unconscious in space once they wake up and rush to earth only to find it unconquered once they arrive they would be faced by thragg who decides to make a deal that the remaining Viltrumite recide on Earth and repopulate the Viltrumite race with no other choice Mark and Nolan agree. Now that Omni-Man was free he couldn't return to Earth due to his actions so he and Cecil agree to make a base on the Moon for him to stay where he would reconsile with Debie. During this time he would be confronted by Thragg who reveals that he is the heir of the Viltrumite as he is the son of Argall overhearing this the other Viltrumites reveal that they followed Argall for his Wisdom not for his Strength so the other Viltrumites turn against Thragg only being spared by Nolan who now as the leader of the Viltrumites would Exile him. 

During this time a Hero called Robot real name Rudy would start to rule the earth the way he invisions with him going after each Hero that he deems a Obstacle to achieve his Plan with Mark and Eve being one of them so whilst Eve was Pregnant with their Child she would be attacked by Rudy with Mark trying to save Eve by getting him to his Fathers Moon Base where she would give birth to their Daughter Terra. Allen becoming the new leader of the Coalition decides to recreate a Weapon which caused the Viltrumites near extiction the Scourge Virus after finishing it he would explain his plan to use the Virus on Earth Nolan and Mark disagree due to the posibility of it also infecting Humans however Oliver would side with Allen and take the Virus from Allen and fullfil the plan only to be stopped by Mark which led to the Virus going of in Marks face leaving him in a Coma where he losses his Power. Mark now with a lack of powers focuses on his Family with Eve where he would end up regaining his Powers.

Whilst out with his Family he would be attacked by Thragg who built himself a Army of Thraxan-Viltrumite Hybrids whilst he was exiled. Oliver would join in the fight however he would be killed by Thragg as well as Mark and Eve however due to Eve abilities which resurects her along with Mark. After the Death of Oliver Mark alongside his father and the Coalition decide to start another war with Thragg and his Childrens. During their Fight Omni-Man would be heavily injured leaving him on the brink of death seeing this Mark snaps and would charge at Thragg taking him with into to the sun there they fought until there skin burned off ultimatively Mark would be victorious by bitting Thragg Throat off after being brougth to the Viltrumite Moon Base he would rush to see his Father just before he passes away. Despite agreeing that Rudy being in charge of Earth seems to be better Rudy would do something that crosses the line he would kidnapp each Viltrumite child due to fearing that they would be a problem in the future. Mark along with the rest of Hero's would fight back against Robots rain of terror by defeating him once for all during their battle Mark finds out that the Viltrumites were on Rudy's side due to him threating them to kill their children if they don't. After the Hero's find Rudy Mark would take him all the way up to space where they talk and Rudy says that he knows that what is doing is the best Mark agrees however does not approve of his way of doing it so he impales Robot through the chest and left nothing but his Brain so that the peace doesn't get broken. Mark would leave Immortal in charge of the Planet with Rudy being his Right Hand Man.

After Omni-Man's Death Mark becomes the Leader of the Viltrumites planning on rebuilding the Empire not through Violence like the previous Empire however through Peace and in the next 500 years he would create a Peacefull Universe with no senless war. Making the Utopia that his Father told him about true.


Steven



Long Long time ago there was a species called the Gems these Gems had immense power which ties to their Gems. These Gems were ruled by Four Diamonds White Diamond, Blue Diamond, Yellow Diamond and Pink Diamond. They would lead the Gems into conquering other worlds until the Universe was theirs however Pink Diamond didn't have a Planet to conquer despite being for one only being there to celebrate whenever they would conquer a Planet. Eventually after thousands of years they would asign her to the Planet Earth however after spending time on Earth Pink Diamond wasn't interrested in conquering Earth she dusguised herself as Rose Quartz and along the rest of her Army who were also tired of being used as Tools would live on Earth until the other Gems would find out about it and try to conquer it themselves after their attack they would assume that Pink Diamond was killed but in reality Rose was still alive.

Years Later Rose would meet a Human Musician called Greg Universe and they started liking each other which led to them having a Child called Steven Quartz Universe however this was a heavy decision for Rose as Gems can't reproduce Biologically so she had to reincarnate herself as their Son which would mean that Steven would end up with her Powers and her Gem.

Steven would be raised by his Father and the Gems that were assigned to Rose Garnet, Pearl and Amesthyst with them helping Steven to use his powers. Of course not everything is sunshine and rainbows as one day the Diamonds would attack Earth again by sending Peridot and Jasper after they would fight and defeat them with Peridot becoming a Ally. After Jaspers and Peridot attack the Diamonds would take things into their own hands and decided to confront Steven and the Gems however due to Steven Influence and the truth about Pink Diamond they would become allies eventually after saving the Universe steven would leave his Home to explore the World spreading peace around the world without any Violence.


Experience and Skill

Invincible has fought numerous enemies from corrupt Teachers to alternative version of himself, Aliens and his friends. His been fighting eversince his got his powers and even then despite starting his first mission he managed to stop the robbers from robbing the Bank he was capable of taking down opponents with decades even millennial such as Conquest and even defeating him despite being outmatched.

Whilst he losses most of the time for example Anissa and his Father Omni-Man he was unprepared and when ever he is prepared he is just put up against a stronger foe however even when outmatch he has shown being capable of pulling through despite any injuries.

He has been at this since he was 17 and after defeating Thragg and Robot his plan of making a peacefull Universe lasted nearly 500 years he has been fighting for half a millennia.

Steven


Despite his young age he has been following his mother footsteps in protecting the Planet. He has fought against Gems and even the Three Diamonds who have been fighting for Thousands of years. Even being able to hold his own against giant monsters.

When it comes to his abilities he is no slouch either using forcefield as boxing gloves (as seen above) or even popping said bubbles to push back enemies and also is very skilled with his Shield.

Despite being a pacifist he was able to turn his foe into allies and his been doing this when he was all as a teenager.

A shield that Steven has used throughout most of his Adventure's it was passed down to him by his Mother. It is very durable being capable of enduring hits from Diamonds, Spinel and other heavy hitters. He has also shown using it like a Frisbee.

Due to all the Trauma and Stress he went through as a Kid once by using the pent up strees he can utilize this form called Pink State Steven which makes him way stronger, durable and faster. With this form he was able to completly destroy Jasper. Whilst at first he did not have much control of the form only being able to enter it through anger or anxiety.

Monster Steven


Due to all the pant up Emotion inside of Steven it made him feel like a monster and after accidentally killing Jasper he trully believed that he was a Monster turning him into a Monster. In this form his strength skyrockets being able to break free form Lazuli's Chains effortlesly even overpowering the Diamonds his abilities are also enhanched. It took all of his friends and family support to turn back into his Human form if it wasn't he could have been like this forever.

Half-Viltrumite Physiology


being a Viltrumite gives Invincible some great abilities such as Flight, Super Strength and Speed. His Viltrumite DNA also replaces the DNA of other species effectivelly making him a full blooded Viltrumite. 

Mark as well as other Viltumites can Fly by Manipulating their Gravitons they negate the force of gravitation. 

They also have Regeneration which can repair their body as long as their Heart or Brain is still active their Healing is potent enough to have them survive dips in the Sun, Guts tearing out and Brains being exposed Mark even stated that Omni-Man could regenerate from having his lower body cut off. However it takes a long time nearly weeks to recover.

Statisitic Amplification


After Mark got killed by Thragg and brought back by Eve's abilities he felt stronger. Viltrumites also tend to gets stronger with near death experiences

When Mark stops holding back he has shown immense defeating his enemies pretty quickly after Angstrom threatened to kill his Family he launched at him and pummeled him to near death and against Conquest despite having most of his limbs broken he still defeated due to sheer rage and adrenaline.

Viltrumites posses Smart Atoms which change in certain sutations if they suffer heavy injuries the atoms will change to repair the damage quicker not only healing holding their breath surviving in space, flight and surviving Hot and Cold tempatures.

Gem Physiology


Due to his Mother being a Gem Steven also has alot sick Gem abilities such as Fusing with other gems and even Humans. He can shapeshift into animals and other stuff. Each Gem has a Pocket Dimension in their gem. Gems also regenerate injuries by reverting into their Gemstones. Gems also posses no bones or blood so bone or Blood attacks are useless against Gems. Gems can also extend/strech and change the sizes of their limbs. Do to Gems being Inorganic and being made of energy Gems have unlimited Stamina.

Steven salavia has shown the ability to heal injuries if he spits out melon seeds he can create little melons versions of himself. His tears can also ressurect people. His sweat also creates pebbles.

Mind Transfer/Possesion


Steven can leave his body and to posses someone elses body however it requires him to be a sleep.

Sound Manipulation


Stevens Screams have shown to be powerful enough to cause massive crack in the Ground.

Nanotechnology, Diseases, Poisons and Radiation: Smart Atoms can resist Nanotechnology, Diseases, Viruses and Radioactives. can travel through space without any issues

Gravitiy Manipulation: his Smart Atoms Manipulate his Gravitons which negates the force of Gravitation. Omni-Man could withstand the Gravity of a Planet with severe gravitational Quotent

Weaknesses

Whilst being called Mark isnt.

Viltrumites have shown weakness to High pitched sounds and Heat whilst it takes a long time as Mark and Thragg fought in the sun and it took minutes. Mark also tends to hold back and refuses to kill his No-Kill rule is broken after his fight with Conquest.

Steven


Despite him mastering his abilities which was issue during when he was younger. His construct can also become unstable depending on his emotions in his Monster form he is a Mindless brute. If Stevens Gem is destroyed he dies. Steven is a Pacifist and refuses to kill.

Strength

Strength wise both are at a similiar ball park Mark at best is anywhere from Star to Solar System through scaling to the Sun Disk getting destroyed and Tech Jacket surviving the Universal Immune System but this pales in comparsion to Steven who is around Megafoe ranges 22.5 Megafoe to be exact which means Steven is around 5000 stronger than Mark. Not even mentioning his Monster Form in which he overpowered the Diamonds who performed the feat.

Speed

Steven at best scales to 48 Trillion times FTL due to the Diamond giant blast reaching earth in about a second. Mark however could fly past Galaxies which gets him to 738 Trillion times FTL making Mark faster.

Hax and Abilities

Both posses a Healing Factor which one is more immpressive Mark can regenerate from having his Guts pulled out but his takes Weeks whilst Steven's is way quicker but not as good. Sadly Mark doesn't have anything else notable compared to Steven except throwing him into Space. Steven can heal himself, Mind Control someone, Creates Hexagonal Shields and Super Sonic screaming a direct weakness of Mark.

Experience and Battle IQ

Both have started their Journeys around their Teenage years. Steven has fought many Gems from Jasper to even the Diamonds and his Journey was around 2-3 years. Whilst Mark has been doing Hero stuff since he was 17 and has fought everything to Teacher turned Terrorist, One eyed Seth Rogen, Giant Monsters, his alternative selves, his own race and even his Father. Mark has also been fighting for way longer he has brought peace to the Universe and lived throughout 500 Years.

If we were talking about Intellegence Steven has the point as he has been solving issues at a young age whilst Mark only finished High School.

But when it comes to Battle Mark has shown more than capable of throwing hand he has saved a family by burrowing down like a mole, Killed Conquest by choking him out and fought numerous skilled and not to mention Mark has fought or seen some variations of Steven's form and arsenal through Eve energy constructs and Giant Monsters such Hail Marry and Depth Dweller. While he has not fought against Eve 1 to 1 he knows of her abilities.

Weakness

This is a Category which I feel like is relevant to this Match up.

Both have very exploitable Weaknesses Mark with his Sound Weakness and Steven with his Diamond in his Chest. Which one is more exploitable or easier to find out.

Steven has problems controlling his Emotions so if his emotions spiral out he can do something that he doesn't want to do such as when he lost of his emotions and killed Jasper and his Gem in his belly button is also a major weakpoint which has been targeted by enemies such as Peridot and Jasper. However there this one thing about Peridot and Jasper they both know this as they themselves are Gems they know of Steven's Gem being a Weakness unlike Mark who has no knowledge on Steven and this becomes even worse for the fact he has no way if figuring it out outside of his Gem glowing when he uses his powers.

Mark on the other Hand has a more exploitable Weakness as characters such as Cecil and Robot figured this out whilst these two are quite smart and had knowledge on Mark especially Cecil as he also work years with Nolan if Steven were to scream it would make Mark suffer in pain which would make Steven figure out his weakness.
