Background

Deathstroke

Slade Wilson was born in a abusive Household being abused by his Dad and his Mother abandoned them them. After his Father took his own life he enlisted in the Army he would lie about his age to enlist and he would exceed as a Grade A Soldier during his time he would meet Adeline Kane they ended up together and would have a Son. Years later he would join a experiment planned by the Goverment to transform him into the Perfect Soldier however the Experiment had mixed result with the first time causing him to wake up in a fit of rage the second one worked fine until Slade fell into a coma and the Experiment was cancelled he would be given pension. Slade would start doing other Job but not for long and picking fights in bars and getting arrested this behavior made his wife give him a choice to either leave his son behind or continue his behavior. He would be approached by someone who worked back in the ACTH Experiment named William Walsh who reveal that records have been taken by a Scientist called Franciss Campell and that he will be testified to Congress which will make him and his family a target so he would be offered a million dollars to stop it which he agrees on. He would visit a old associate called William Randolph Wintergreen who would be given his Iconic Suit and he would tag along Slade. They would create a plan to kill Campbell however Green Arrow would intervine and try to stop them which he fails in and Deathstroke eliminates Campbell. Afterwards he starts working as a Mercenary for hire taking on the name Deathstroke.

Taskmaster

Tony Masters was born with the ability to learn any skill he sees as a child he would train this ability by watching people perform dives, twirl Lasso's and watching Basketballs. When he grew up he would join S.H.I.E.L.D an agent and during a Mission he would find an Old Scientist on the brink of death when he aproached him he would be injected with the Super-Soldier Serum which would enhance his ability and grant him a few addionational however this came with a cost Memory Loss Tony would forget everything his Family, Comrades and about S.H.I.E.L.D however his Wife would help him to stay functional. Taskmaster would start a academy called Taskmaster's Academy one of his Student would named Don of the Dead was a crime lord and Governor of Michoacán to show a sign of solidarity he would wear a skull mask as a homage to Santa Muerte a Catholic persification of Death. One day Dr.Pernell Solomon who ran a Criminal front and used resources from Taskmaster Academy to clone himself however when the Clone found out about his fate he contacted the Avengers. The Wasp, Ant-Man and Yellow Jacket would get captured by Taskmaster after they attacked the academy. The Avengers would send there newest memeber called Jocasta who was a robot and due to this Taskmaster couldn't copy his movement due to a lack of body language. After the fight he would start working as Mercenary but would still run his Academy training more pupils.

Deathstroke

Ikon Suit

a suit which was given to Slade by his former comrade Wintergreen its made of Promethium. It utilizes a Gravity sheathe that hardens on specific spots to protect the wearer from stuff such as Bullets and Force Blunt Trauma. Its powered by Kinetic Energy which charges it self because of Deathstroke Superhuman speed allowing Deathstroke to endure hits from heavy hitters such as Superman. He also enhanched it to absorb the Speed Force to achieve the same speed as Flash and other Speedsters.

The Deathstroke

The Deathstroke is Slade's favorite sword which he won in a Poker game. Its a ancient Scottish Sword which was a normal sword which was forged with Promethium to make it more durable and able to absorb Energy including Magic.

Energy Lance

a Titanium staff that Slade can seperate in half into two eskrima sticks. It can fire energy beams. He can also use his sword to embue it with stolen energy.

a Shield which is a replica of Captain America which was designed after his encounter with Captain America. It has to same abilities such as being able to bounce back and use it to block attacks its not on pair with caps shield however. He's got a Energy shield as well.

a Pair of claws that was modelled after Wolverine's he also has Energy Claws

Bow and Arrow

a bow that was modelled after Hawkeye which also uses trick arrows which ranges from having a Suction Cup to it to a Warhead here is a list of them

Deathstroke is a Skilled Figther being able to outsmart even Batman. His Brain is a Supercomputer being able to proccess information way faster than a Normal Human

Enhanched Senses

Deathstroke can see faster than a Human and all of his senses were increased by a thousand times (see above)

Regeneration and Immortality

One of Deathstroke most well known attributes which is his healing factor. His been stabbed, burned, shot and each of his bones have been broken. Only to regenerate himself in mere Seconds to Hours. Given enough time he could regenerate form any Injury making him Immortal.

Weapon Mastery and Martial Arts Mastery

Deathstroke can mastered many weapons from Staffs to Swords and Guns. Has fought Martial Artist such as Batman who has defeated 100 of men and 4 Metahumans

Energy Projection, Status Effect Inducement, Energy Absorption, Sound Manipulation, Attack Reflection and Sleep Manipulation 

His Staff and Ikon Suit can have many abilities from firing an Energy Beam, it can also Stun enemies, it can utilize ultrasonics to disrupt hearing. His Ikon Suit and Sword can absorb energy and utilize it to his Advantage. He also has Tranquilizers.

Pressure Points

Deathstroke knows Pressure Points that he learned from an Ancient Martial arts which casuses Paralysis

Taskmaster

Genius Intelliegence

is capable of learning any Heroes skills such as Acrobatics, Weapon Mastery, Combat.

Power Mimicry/Photographic Memory

Taskmaster can replicate any action he can see which makes him one of the most skilled Marvel fighters in the verse. He has copied Captain America's Fighting style, Spiderman's Acrobatics with his Ability improving with each use.

Analylatical Prediction

Could Predict that Iron-Man was behind him.

Shockwave Creation

Capable of creating shockwaves with his Sword

Technopathy

has a device that can shut down electronics, also has the Disruptor Arrow which can shut down even Iron Man suit

Electricity Manipulation

Taskmasters suit can emit an electric shock which was potent enough to take down Miles Morales

Has got Magnesium Flare which can emit Light

can create Energy Shurikens and has got many Energy based weapons such as Shield, Webs and Claws

Due to missing an Eye he is half blind and he never recovered from this due to getting the injury before his Healing Factor.

Taskmaster

Despite being able to learn skill from watching anyone he has limited capacity meaning if he learns something new he replaces it with a old skill meaning he forgets an old skill for a new skill. He can't learn something when the enemy makes  it hard for him to copy for example if the enemy moves erraticly or changes fighting styles.

Verdict

Strength and Speed

I'm doing this old school style cuz I ain't going into Photoshop to make some shitty verdict render or whatever

Deathstroke should be around the Town ranges through Scaling to Bats and Roy Harpener. Taskmaster should scale to Wolverine and Deadpool who have feats in the Megatons and Gigatons giving him the point

Speed wise Deathstroke scales to Azrael who slices through lasers which came out 2.33 times lightspeed. Taskmaster scales to Woilverine and Deadpool again who can reacts to optic blast which 0.44 - 1.56 times lightspeed however the man himself Cyclops could redirect his laser at a Nanosecond which can come out to 3.33 times lightspeed which gives him the edge.

Hax

Taskmaster has lots of Hax Electricity Manipulation, Power Mimicry, Analytical Prediction and Weapon Creation however the question at hand is can Taskmaster counter Deathstrokes Regen yes and no whilst he has no way to counter it but the other thing is Deathstroke's Regen isn't as potent as someone such as Deadpool or Alucard this means his Healing takes time it took hours to regenerate his bones being broken not to mention any serious injury will take minutes to heal so if Taskmaster manages to Injure him multiple times its its gonna take a while so Taskmaster doesn't have anything to counter/negate his healing factor however he can Injure him to the point where his Healing Factor might as well be overwhelmed if it tries to heal one serious wound its gonna take minutes not to mention if he gets impaled or a major organ gets targeted he is in big trouble

Slade has a resistance to Analytical Prediction meaning Taskmaster can't read his movement. Something worth mentioning is Taskmaster could mimic his fighting style. Taskmaster could also use his Electricity to his advantage whislt it won't paralyse Slade it was strong enough to knock out Miles. Taskmaster also doesn't have and answer to Slade's Tranquilizer 

Due to both having advantages over the other this Category is a Tie

Equipment/Weapons

Slade has acces to Swords, Firearms and his Staff which can absorb energy and Magic. However Taskmaster has way more weapons if not better he has Wolverine's claws, Energy Weapons such as Webbing and his Trick and Arrows which can immobilize, shock or even overwhelm him with sound. Not only does he have a shield as strong as Captain America's
