Semibots vs Employees
For this we will be using the Main Games as its the only peace of media they have unless I'm missing something.
This is the Semibots go to when they go looking around for valuables it is mostly used to store valuables however can also push and knock over enemies but also be used as a hiding spot. It has two mode weak and strong which shows how good the person pushing has grip on the Cart.
One of the first things that will catch your eyes in the shop are the upgrades which as the name implies can be used to upgrade your statistics. The Following statistics that can be upgraded are as followed

The Ship is the Employees base of operation and way of transportation where they can use the Termina which allows them to them to see their status, purchase equipment or choose their destination along with collecting data about the monsters they encounter. It also has doors which they can use to shield themselves from incoming monsters however it does have a battery life. The Employees can upgrade their Ship as which can benefit them in their goals.

"last chance to look at me Hector"
TZP-Inhalant
With this Inhaler the Employees can run faster and longer for a short period of time however along with the increased stamina and speed they get some debuffs such as blurry vision or disoriantated movement
weed killer to prevent Vain Shrouds from growing. It can also strangelly repair vehichles?
The Zap-Gun is a gun that shoots electricity which stuns any enemy for a whole for half a minute sending 80,000 volts into the target
This Tiny Bag can be used to store valuables and other stuff such as shotgun shells and keys and other items bought of the store it can hold up to 15 items.
The Company Cruiser is a truck which can be bought off the shop for a hefty price which can be used to carry a lot of items found in the facility or just to get from point A to B. It can be refuelled with Weed Killer and even comes with a Manual. It can be tricky to get the hang of it but once you do it is great to use if not then well....
Through tumbling the Semibots can deal damage to their fellow bots and monsters they can also use anything they pick up valuables, Enemies and other bots
- Radiation and Toxic: are fine after being exposed to Uranium Plate with no major effects
- Acid: Can survive the Acid of the Spewer
- Biology Manipulation
- Disease
- Poison
- Radiation: can visit Planets with high level of Radiations and stand next to monsters who procude "dangerously high level of radioactive particles"
- Extreme Heat: Can walk through steam and visit planets that are constantly in blizzards
Despite their huge arsenal and helpfull gadgets the Semibots have their share of weaknesses with their arsenal being one of them whilst it huge and powerfull they don't more than a couple shots or hits before they have to recharge. Their grabber is also very fragile when they have no upgrades as any gun with recoil can fly out of their hand allowing anyone to grab it with the only way to get it back being looking for it or surviving till the next round where it will be recovered in the truck. The Semibots can also only carry 3 weapons at a time.

Despite their their looks the Employees are willing to do anything to complete their objective meaning even throwing away their partners or even starve themselves showing that they are willing to do anything to get paid. Their weapons and Equipment have very limited battery or duration mostly only lasting for a minute or less
- Can lift sculptures and diamonds
- Their Weapons can destroy Metal Doors
- Some of their weapons are similiar to the Clowns Laser which can do the same (0.01 Tons of TNT)
- Can Lift giant crystals
- Can lift the Loom (463.11 kg)
- Can survive getting rammed by the Loom (5.78 - 6.55 Kilojoules)
- Can survive getting and shot by a rifle (2.25 Kilojoules)
- The Scout can reach up to 141 km/h
- Can avoid gunfire from the Huntsman who uses a rifle (Mach 1.06 - 1.42)
- uh yeah thats about it
- Employees can swing around shields (563.25 Joules)
- can carry up to 4 gold bars (140 kg)
- Can survive a drop from a a giant boulder (7.9 - 11.39 Kilojoules)
- can keep up with the Braken who can move at high speeds (Mach 0.11)
- can dodge turret fire (Mach 2.52 - 2.62)
- Their ship can fly from Moon to Moon in a day (5478.79 times Lightspeed)
- yeah thats it...
Sidenote: Whilst the Shotgun can kill any entity in Lethal Company including the Giant Sapsucker which can generates 1.43 Megajoules by running and destroy trees which gets to 0.02 - 0.14 Tons of TNT it requires numerous shots and also the Employees have shown dying to it and way less
When it comes to speed at first it seems a tie as both can react to stuff going at Mach 0.11 However both sides have at times shown bullet timing which in the case of the Semibots can reach Mach 1.06 - 1.42 impressive but The Employees can dodge turret fire at Mach 2.52 - 2.62
Note: The Employees bullet timing is questionable as the Turret at times can pin point accurate or like a drunken so this one could be labeled as Debatable or not usbale at all likewise with the Semibots so I am gonna Label both sides bullet timing feats as questionable/debatable
Whilst the Semibots are stronger and the Employees are (questionably) faster stats will be a Tie
Weapons
Whilst the Employees have a range of usefull tools and weapons with a powerfull shotgun which could if given enough shots kill the Semibots however the Semibots arsenal is just too much from grenades which can kill them instantly to weapons that can disarm them allowing them to use their weapons against them once in their. They also have ways to heal and ressurect eachother which the Employees lack. Their Vehicles are also better as the the Scout as it can most likely be faster whilst the Employees could trap them in the back of the Company Cruiser the Semibots could most likely break the door off due to their supperior lifting strength.
Weapons goes to the Semibots
Teamwork
The Semibots have shown being able to work together with most task in their mission needing teamwork as in carrying heavy valuables or taking down threats as most of the times doing these task will leave one or the other bot dead. On the other hand the Employees have shown slacking off or even abandoned their own team members and they have shown hating eachother throughtout their missions.
So Teamwork goes to the Semibots
Base
The Semibots Truck has advantages which the Employees ship doesn't such as being able to repair their weapons or heal them however whilst the Employees can't repair their weapons they can buy anything they require unlike the Semibots who have to finish all extractions and their doors give them more security with them being able to use the Teleporters to return back into the ship to recover and even leave the Semibots in the Facility or even on the Moon to fight the Monsters instead. With the only issue for the Employees being their money not going down to quickly and the Door batteries. The Employees can also gather information about the Semibots with their Scanner and read about them in the Beastirary
Note: Whilst I brought up the argument of the Semibots lifting the Doors however this would most likely not work as the ship door is significantly heavier as calculation put the weight of the door in the Class 25 ranges which is 24 times heavier than the Semibots carrying the Loom even if all of them would try to at the same time it would still not be enough
The Semibots are able to ressurect eachother through the truck however they have go to option with defibro whilst going to the truck seems like a last ditch effort
Overall due to their options the Employees take Base
- Stronger with Weapons
- Better Arsenal
- Healing Options
- Scout is better than the Company Cruiser
- Work better as a Team
- Better abilities
- Can repair Weapons in the truck
- able to ressurect via Defibro
- Speed (If bullet timing isn't taken into account)
- Slower (If bullet timing is taken into account)
- Truck doesn't have any protection
- Can't do anything if Employees hide in their Ship
- Weapons can be dropped
- Can't do much if weapons run out of bullets and Truck out of crystals
- Faster (If bullet timing is taken into account)
- Stronger without weapons
- Truck gives more protection against
- Can buy more Weapons
- Teleporter can help escape tricky situations
- Can leave the Moon leaving the Semibots to fight the monsters
- Can potentially kill the Semibots if given enough shots with the Shotgun
- Speed (If bullet timing isn't taken into account)
- Weaker with Weapons
- Arsenal is worse
- Don't have any healing options
- Once dead stay dead
- worse Teamwork
- Worse Abilities
